    I think it would be a good idea to ask a doctor, don't you? The transplant patient must be under the care of at least one doctor. We can only give you an opinion here. 

    I know that ibuprofen, Asprin and the active ingredients in Tylenol PM's will mess up a healthy kidney. also, many ingredients that are harmful to Kidney has some pretty long names and found in many over the counter medicines, you should do a google search on harmful medications to the kidney.  as far as a transplant, I am sure it too has its own set of rules, still its a kidney though, just not original equipment ..
