You can make one yourself and add it to your browser/toolbar. Go to AIM's webpage http://www.aim.com/ at the start of the URL address (long bar at the top of your screen with the http://www...) see the icon AIM icon or what looks like a piece of paper this the corner folded over, left click and hold on that, then drag it to your toolbar where your other shortcuts are and release it when you see a + appear.
Or, just download AIM chat again.
