The program is from iolo and automatically starts just after the main screen shows following system initialization.

The program is the iolo program that automatically starts before I can do anything else. I donot know its name. I think of it as the iolo startup test.
Call the number I gave you. That will connect you to their tech support. Or just remove it from your start up menu. See here on how to do that http://www.ehow.com/how_8220_remove-items-start.html
