Just uninstall the app. Press the 'Start' button, then open the 'Control Panel' and double click the option 'Programs and Properties' or "add/uninstall programs" then search for the program you wish to uninstall on the programs list, double click it and choose 'Uninstall'. 

It's just for a cleaner that you really do not need as in order to use the full version, you will have to buy it. There are free cleaners that you can use that do not give daily pop ups. Ccleaner is a good one and its free.  nti virus's do not see as threats but can slow down your computer's performance.
