The manual states that you need to use a licensed electrician to hard wire you air compressor.
The tag on the motor should show you the type of voltage the motor operates and the underside of the pressure switch cover will show the contact connections.
This compressor requires 240 volts at 22 amps single phase. The recommended time delay circuit and a conduit connection with a solid metal ground. hope this helps out
