London is 6 hours ahead of Cancún for 51 weeks per year and 7 hours ahead for 1 week per year (the week that is in both March and April).
Note: Mexico is currently considering the option of changing the time zone of the state of Quintana Roo, which includes Cancún, from UTC-6/UTC-5 to UTC-5/UTC-4. If this passes, Cancún will be only 5 hours behind England during all but one week per year.
