    What are the rules for private swimming pools?

    If a private swimming pool allows guest to come to the pool, must the member always be present with the guest?

      Just remember that all pools must be fenced and locked as if a child gets in you are there legal binded that if any child gets in and drowns or injured and it wasn't fenced you will be liable

        Hi Ducky I am fine I pop back now and then have a look at what is going on to see if I can answer any but not many as the most are goble gook if you know what I mean I do hope you are keeping well I bet you had it hot where you are here it's bloody freezing there it's threatening snow at the weekend think I will emigrate to Aussie lol xxxx

        Hi Fishlet how are you doing I do pop back now and again to see what's going on I did mention to Romos that I was popping back did he not tell you lol I will prob be back on more as my work as dryer up well till end of may I havnt had a break for 19months but all i am doing is catchup on cleaning gardening etc all very boring do hope you are ok and well how's the pottery going ! Xxxx

        Hi Mel; I have been way out of the loop. I have been very ill with chronic migraine headaches and my Father-In-Law just passed away ... Plus I have been doing a lot of commissioned works both with pottery and commercial lay-out... Plus plus plus my most important project... my Son. It is very nice to see that sweet little cat's face and words from you. :)

        Fishlet glad you are busy sorry to hear about your migraines they are bad I use to suffer from these so bad I had to go to a migraine clinic which use to sort me out nothing worse than those damn things ....sorry to hear about your loss it's been a year since my mom passed I miss her so much still there isn't a day goes pass I don't think of her speak to you again sweetheart take care paws for ever xxx

        The rules for a private pool in your area can be found by calling your local town/city hall. The town hall or city hall clerk should be able to answer this.
