      Then I'm guessing that you connected the HDMI cord wrong or do not have the correct cable attached to the sound jack. Double check your work.

        If you have checked you have connected up the correct ports then you may have a faulty HDMI cable/connector.


        Can you swap to another HDMI lead to check if there is a fault with the one you have used?
