    Why won't BigFish games let me purchase any games? I've tried just about everything, but still nothing.

    I keep hitting on the buy or purchase button, but nothing happens.  What else can I possibly do?

      If you have created an account on there, and downloaded the game manager, you should be able to instal trials or buy full versions of the games.


      If you wish to buy a game or more game credits, you will need to provide your banking or card details for payment.


      Big fish have a good live chat help service which can be accessed via your 'My Account' tab. If you are still having issues, let them know and they will do what they can to help.

        I have played these games and they are superb. you can download the trail version; to obtain the fuller version you'll have to purchase it.


        Make sure your internet connection is active.
