    Yup. I’ve seen all that and more.The purpose of a confusing speech is to entertain or more often, confuse the crowd  so that no decision may be forth coming from what others may be saying or intending when you or your friends may be harmed or financially burdened if the intended decision were to pass. Confusion is primarily used by or against  unscrupulous persons to lead into inaction or delay a process.

    I studied, and even majored in speech communications.  One speech NEVER assigned was d. TO CONFUSE
