    Now we have to be sensitive on how we handle terrorists, so we are P.C.? Get a grip, terrorists are terrorists! What do you think?

    Can you be more specific regarding which actions you consider being too sensitive ?

    I don't like the fact that the left is all set on protecting our latest terrorist..  Regardless that he is a one year USA citizen, he created terror on the American people, he killed in the name of terror and he should be treated like a terrorist. First off, stripping any rights he received during his citizenship ritual. Also note the oath below, a terrorist breaks all promises--  He is not a 'common criminal' he is an enemy of the American people.

    --------------------------------

    The Oath of Allegiance:

    "I hereby declare, on oath,
    that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen;
    that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same;
    that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law;
    that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law;
    that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God."

    Thanks Vin, I totally agree. That oath is only for those coming here for no harm...

    We have our 'common criminals' I am willing to accept the bad with the good but there's a point where you must draw a line. When this bad involves attacks against the people and attacks that kill and mame in the name of some outrageous religious ideology or some personal grievance regarding the American way of life, these people are animals and do not deserve the legal protection or rights offered to 'our own domestic criminals.' That said, I think this guy will probably get life sentence but the question is; where will he serve it out?? Not in my back yard. I don't want to feed him, shelter him, give him medical care and a haircut.
