Heritage sites are usually buildings which have some historical value.In Australia houses that were built around Federation or earlier are usually listed as heritage sites.Repairs & renovations to these buildingds must be carried out under strict guidelines,ensuring that the originallity or the building is maintained.Most countries like USA,Canada,UK etc have similar covenants.
