Did you check to see if it is put of balance? You had to move the washer to work on it. Maybe it just needs to be re-balanced.

Thank you for your ideas. I did check the tube seat and the springs that keep it centered. I am thinking that the tube may have weights that came off. I was also wondering is there weights i can put on like a tire to balance it out?
I was thinking the same. I asked my brother and he said he believes these new washers are self balancing which to me means weights. Check for those.
