Is it displaying an error code?

Recently purchased the spa. It is used and did not come with a manuel. The circulation pump is constantly running. I have not noticed an error code flashing.
without an error code, I can not look up what the issue could be. I gave you a link to the company contact page in your other question. They can better help you than I can.
