On the browser, see Tools, click it, then see start private browsing, check mark it to start, remove the check mark to stop.

Hmm, personally I would just check History to see if there any sites listed that I did not go to. Sorry I misunderstood your question. I do not know of any programs like that but you could just Google, Firefox addons to see what they have.
