Because you somehow allowed conduit to download into your computer. It probably had itself attached to another download you did. You have to watch downloads and make sure nothing else comes with them. You can try and remove conduit from your programs by following these instructions > Go to your start menu > Control panel > add/uninstall programs > conduit > click uninstall
