On the log in page, click "forgot password", you will probably have to answer some security questions that you selected when you created the account.

When I do that at the end it says no acct found.
There's nothing I can do to help then. You must be typing your e-mail address in wrong otherwise it would be found. See if you can find the support page of your e-mail provider.
