      In the UK we call it "rocket" I love it in salads, nice peppery taste.

        It's in all the ready made mix salads here and in every restaurant... We live a skip and a throw from California ... which is where most of the salad greens are grown.

        We can also get it year round but most of it is imported, that ups the price I suppose.
