      Be a good listener. Smile and make eye contact. Empathise. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

        You can reach out to others by being compassionate, understanding and concerned...show genuine interest in people and their needs and practice empathy, sympathy and non-judgementalism. Be at peace with yourself and trust in your capacity to share and grow through the experience of getting to know others, of helping, and of spreading peace and love wherever you go in this life.
