    email received website-address does not open using control-mouse; only way to open is via  quoting https://www. .directly on  internet-explorer; any possibility of breakdown, or wrongly tiped, or other method?.

      That is the method if the link does not work. Sometimes links in e-mails just can't be clicked so you copy and paste them into your browser. I clicked the link you posted and it is not a good link. It takes me to dead page with a message, "www. directory could not be found"
