    where can i find a doctor online that will answer an easy question about a 3 years old kid ?

    My 3 years old son has his upper lip red but not inflamed since the begining of the winter ? Why and what can I do ?

      It means it's chapped. Put hydrocortizone creme on the area.After it heals, put lotion or vaseline on the area, so it won't come back.
