i bought a product to enable me to manage PDF files from you yesterday and cannot get it to work. I wasted much time yesterday with one of your support staff who failed to grasp the concept I was putting forward as follows
(a) Please enable me to use the product
( b ) If not please refund my hard earned money which I actually earned and did not defraud anyone.
To this day and time no assistance which could understand or give me the assistance to which I am entitled.
Perhaps you are willing and able to assist
