Try a different browser. That's really all you can try aside from rebooting your computer and trying again.
You may need to do a little "house cleaning" on your computer and clear your cache. You can do that by deleting your browsing history and deleting stored cookies. That should help your browser to work better to connect to the server it is being directed to.
