Thanks Colleen Ill have a look :) I have an interview for ward nurse job in day surgery and questions based on KSF they are not interested in your experience I have 8 years - I went for same job December and they gave it to a newly qualified nurse - dont know why I put myself through it :( but miust think positive :)
