The real estate market is in constant fluctuation. How long have you been in sales and how long selling real estate? It sounds as though you may be new at it. A sales career takes patience, in more ways than one. Exactly what is "your mess"?

Thank you for your kind response I am in marketing from 1989 Real Estate marketing for 7 years My current three deals almost to close is not closing , I am not understanding why?

Do you usually close ALL deals? If so, you must be better than most sales persons. (It just doesn't happen.) Have you followed up with your potential buyers? What do they say? Are you continuing on with other potential sales? You always need SEVERAL "deals" in the works in order to keep your money flow coming. You say "almost to close". What does that mean?

I know all the deals doesn,t get closed but if the walking is more out 12. 13 one get closed One of my deal everythuing ws ready then they came to think of vaasthu because of dad,and they are not paying money before miodifcations so the we cannot agree.2 the one called he told me today sseing one good day he will buy and third is caling after long time he showed to sister and now not responding

Sounds pretty normal to me for a sales position. All you can do is respond to their reasons (objections) and be patient. Don't stop selling while you wait for closings. Keep moving on. Some will close...some won't. It's all part of the "selling game".
