What exactly is a "aharcker" and what are the required skills and education? Does it pay well?

I think the first this is learn how to spell the word, a hacker has at least a 3rd grade education.  Most finish their education in prison.  Keep working on it, eventually you might even learn how  to use a hacksaw and hack your way out of jail.
