COMPUTER POWERED DOWN AND WILL NOT REBOOT WHATS FIRST STEP TOWARD RECOVERY. REMOVEDVIDEO CARD AUDIO CARD AND RECENTLY INSTALLLED WEB CAAM HOWEVER STILL WILL NOT BRING UP MONITOR OR BIOS.  i HAVE POWER AS IN LIGHTS COMING ON BUT NO HARD DRIVE OR DVD STARTUP.. WHAT SHOULD i DO?

Ok success!  I took it down to the board pulled cards and took off anything added and I got it to power up and am doing updates and then will rebuild by adding the specialized cards this guy has in it... By the way I am the repair person LOL .,,,problem now.it has 6 core processors and is only running on 5   . ob switch is disabled so I am planning to power down reset switch on board,  the guy said as it crashed and died that it said it was overclocking so i went into setup and changed it to AUTO. I am not familiar with a 6 core system so if I am not doing this right someone yell out please.
