      If you have a broken bulb somewhere in the system this will cause the others to blink faster Dennis.

          Yes Romos is right Dennis, you probably have a dud bulbe somewhere.


          Somewhere over the rainbow way up high , there's a bulb thats not working, why ohhh why.
