Log on to what? There should be a "forgot your name " and "forgot your password" for you to highlight and select for help.

The “wrong password” challenge asks you for the pass word you just logged in as. Most passwords are used automatically when you log in after the first time. But if there is noise on the line when you first logged in or when you are logging in again, the system may not recognise who you are. It is often beneficial log out and/or clear your history before attempting to go-in again. Noisy connectors anywhere along the system can test your patience.    

Apparently you are logging on with the wrong name and password.  Make sure you are using the correct case, most if not all of these 'portals' are case sensitive. If you have forgot the password or name, do as Bob/PKB suggests.
