    how to make a address book in outlook

    You can use the 'Contacts' button in the lower left corner.


    Then select 'New Contact' from the upper-left in the ribbon.


    Enter the information, then choose 'save&close' from the upper-left.


    Afterwards click on 'Contacts' again to see your entry.
