    I recently got this account while adding a new TomTom nav unit to one I already had. In so doing I obviosly lost my old account, jada@netatonce.net , something I was not aware of. On the 14th of Febr I paid 669:75 SEK for 1 year up-date (Western Europe) (invoice nr EU 2013-0178403) When I now try to update my older (TomTom Go 720) i get the answer that my ID does not exist. Does that really mean that I cannot have TWOnavigators? Kind regards. Jan Danielsson

    You need to go back to the website that you paid for the service and click the contact link or help link and look for billing. There you can give all this information so they can figure out the account issue.
