I recently got this account while adding a new TomTom nav unit to one I already had. In so doing I obviosly lost my old account, jada@netatonce.net , something I was not aware of. On the 14th of Febr I paid 669:75 SEK for 1 year up-date (Western Europe) (invoice nr EU 2013-0178403) When I now try to update my older (TomTom Go 720) i get the answer that my ID does not exist. Does that really mean that I cannot have TWOnavigators? Kind regards. Jan Danielsson
