Go to your computer's Control Panel.
Choose 'Programs'.
You will have to find the 'toolbar' that was installed (assuming that it's a Toolbar)
You can distinguish between all the programs on the list by clicking above the column marked,
'Date Installed'. Once you recognize which one, you need to Uninstall by right-clicking on the row that contains the program and choosing Uninstall from the menu.
