    2006 gms envoy timing marks

    I hope you did not pull the belt off already. You should set the timing to top dead center so you do not throw the timing off by trying to set it after the belt is removed. I can not find an image that shows the timing marks for your engine. You will find the timing marks on the flywheel and cam. Set them both to TDC (top dead center). The flywheel pulley TDC mark is accessible through a hole in the bellhousing. The mark on the fly wheel should be easy enough to find.
