    I keep going in a loop. I add a bank to bank transfer and this program doesn't see it ?????

    I've transferred to a bank account and a visa account in the past with ease. My account shows no history and won't filly except an entry.

      This is akaQA, a general question and answer forum.  You need to take this up with your bank and in person will probably get you the results you require.
