    Is it illegal to download a free mp3 on to your computer?

    Im trying to download an mp3 to my computer and transfer it to my iphone because they don't have it on itunes, but i'm worried that this is illegal because it is free.

      No. It's free. As long as it can be downloaded to your computer (meaning no software conflicts) download away :)
