Start > Control Panel > User Accounts. Click on your account (like 'Administrator' or whatever) and then select 'Change Password'. Follow on screen instructions to have your password changed.
To check your computer history, depending on the browser you use, there is a button call History right on the browser or you will find it under a browser button called, Tools.
