    Brushes already thoroughly cleaned and water dispense and sucking up works correctly

      Check the belt. Make sure it's not lose of off the track or even broken. I can not tell you how to access it. Your owners manual will have the diagram. Should be on the right of the cleaning head. Might have an access panel you can pull away. Sorry, I do not own one of these machines.
