    Select "Louisiana" from the prefabricated list of states. Click the "Search" button. Scroll the list of maritime ports of your choice to access the address, contact information and hours of operation.

    Visit the maritime port enrollment office. Present two forms of identification---driver's license and passport, for example---employment verification and fingerprint records. Pay the $132.50 fee for a TWIC card validated for 5 years. Complete the TWIC Application Disclosure Form. Submit all materials and payment to the enrollment representative. Allow 3 weeks to 1 month for your card to arrive.
