This depends on why they are blocked. Your computer security system may have blocked them. For that you have to go to the security control panel and manually approve the site.
The site may have a block to keep traffic out and there is no way around that.
Parental controls may be set to keep you from accessing certain sites.
If none of the above applies and you are being alerted to another reason, you will have to say what the reason is for me to try and find a solution.
