Yes,No...either answer is equally easy to give. It simply depends on the question. The word "Sorry" is a word that perhaps many people have difficulty spitting out. I don't have a problem with it either. If I mess up, I fess up.

My ex and parents are 3 people who never learned how to put I'm and Sorry together.
I have more respect for those who can humble themselves that little bit than any other accomplishment.

Difficult as it may be, you have to learn to say NO. If you don't, it could get you problems someday. It not being helpful but a weakness that could cost you . Also it is a strength that is useful in business, work, relationship etc. So I am asking you to learn - don't say 'NO !'
