    how do you take the hot out of chili

    i made my chili to hot

    I assume you meant chili peppers. Couple of ways to "take the hot out of chili": one way is boil them in water, the longer you boil them, the less spicy they become; & the other way is to dry them for 3-4 days. Freezing does not generally take the "hot" out.

    That is good information.. Seems to be better than my 'beating the 'hell' out of them with a hammer.. LOL I'll try your method next time. HA!!
