      I have a smoothie with banana, pineapple, coconut water or apple juice, coconut oil, probiotics, kelp, micro-algae, essential fatty acids, psyllum, vitamins, minerals and a maca chaser.  Yummmmmmy.

            2 Eggs, easy over, crispy bacon, whole wheat toast with peanut butter and double espresso.

              That's right. Protein provided by eggs,bacon and PB, carbs by fiber-rich whole wheat while the espresso gives you the go-go rocket fuel.

                  I don't eat breakfast. I've never been able to eat anything until at least 4-5 hours after I get up.
