Confront him. If you feel he is not being honest and you can not trust him, then you might need to rethink your relationship and take a break from it and him.

…..Just thinking, “Male chastity belt” ….how would that work?….Pepper spray on the condoms in the glove box of his vehicle.  Neatly reseal the package. You will know if he attempts to use it or gives it away. The neutralizer for pepper spray is still milk, even if topically applied.
