    How do I retrieve an updated copy of clearance certificates

    I received an email stating that there are updated certificates available for the various current contractors we use on a regular basis. The new certificates should show the Validity Expiry date of May 19, 2013 when they are automatically renewed. I cannot seem to locate those updated certificates

      Who did the e-mail come from? Have you tried replying to the e-mail to find out what steps you need to take to update the certificates?
