I've recently changed my services to U-Verse I have a stand up computer and a lap stop. When trying to get on my lap top I'm unable to get into my screen. I've tried serveral times unable to connect. Would you please forward me to someone who could help me?

U have to reboot/set up by windows xp or windows 7, I will recommend u windows 7,ur computer , Must use anti virus, i will recommend you "Avest" U can download it from filehippo.com.
if u will not still getting problem after doing all this then format/ delete ur all files from ur drives. It will make ur computer virus free. Coz i guess itz virus what getting u problem to see your screen..
