I think it is Imputed Income from a Same Sex Domestic Partnership. Unmarried same sex couples that register as Domestic partners can be liable for imputed income. This can happen when one partner covers the other on their insurance. The benefit is treated as income to the partner being covered and is taxable. The imputed amount often calculated at the value of the insurance at COBRA rates.
