    when a lake is clear, some days it turns brown

    i don't think that there is enough wildlife for that to happen

    You have no idea the amount of water creatures in that lake. Turtles,small fish, insects, things that dig into the underwater bank, and whatever else.

      Could be because of the wild life stirring up the mud in the lake.

        At certain time of the year, a lake will "turn". The contents stir up from bottom.
