i just found out that i was named a plaintff i a class action suiteagainst a big home improvement...i workd there....we won the case....this was in 2010.....if i wasn't at the hearing....am i still entitled to some money.....doe's it go into escrow for a certain amount of year's.or am i just out of luck........
