Go to the web site www.allrecipies.com and type in pork roast and you will get a bunch of new ideas. I always cook mine in a slow cooker on low with about 1/2 water, some diced up fresh garlic and a small can of mild diced green chilies. on low it would take about 6-8 hours depending on the size of the roast. Then shred with a fork and use the meat to make pork tacos or burritos or sandwiches. Yum!
