You owe her an apology, she has obviously took offence to your request and sounds hell bent on getting revenge on you.Choose your words more carefully next time when your asking a lady out,not all women are easy you know.
    And???

My best advice, get a lawyer. As much as i know about the law, I think you should be able to counter sue for her harassing you at work.

That’s not all you did Papito. You need to take some etiquette classes. You don't ask a woman for sex after texting her once. The fact that you may not see anything wrong with this is scary. I would apologize to her and let her know you should've known better. I'm pretty sure she's able to file charges against you for sexual harassment but I'm not sure how much can be done about it.

This is the last time I'll answer this question, you've asked it once already and for some reason felt the need to ask again.

Actually, he opened this new thread to ask another question. Here it is:

"This woman is claiming that I tramatized her with my text message, she showed up in my workplace and showed my employer the text and told him she wants a settlement or she will sue, I just an employee, can I sue her for harassment for bringing it to my workplace, the text I sent was during late hours on weekend"
"can a stranger charged me sexual harrassment i just met her i don't work with her and she gave me her cell phone and with a text i asked for dinner and sex did i commit a crime?"

Hahahaha, I thought I knew the name. Good catch Ash! :D
Get a solicitor to send her a written apology stating you meant no offence but your comment was tongue in cheek. As far as you sueing her for harrasment ,we have a saying in OZ "Don`t stir the possum" leave well enough alone or you will exacerbate the situation.

For crying out loud, whats a guy have to do these days to get laid? Your approach s*cked but her reaction was overkill.
    where shall we meet?
